The Chef de Cuisine. Chef de Cuisine Jonaton Lome brings a wealth of experience to Azure Restaurant. His breadth of culinary skills is informed by his varied and impressive career, from mastering his craft in a small, family-owned business to working with well-known chefs, such as Massimo Capra and Jamie Kennedy. Chef Lome brings a new flavour to Azure while continuing the impeccable standard of quality and taste. “My culinary style is globally inspired,” says Lome. “I am so pleased to be able to further expand this style by incorporating the ethnic diversity of Toronto into my dishes while showcasing the exceptional seasonal products available locally.”
